The Circle

Time and space for women to gather, connect and bring more “being” into our lives of “doing”

The Circle is a 6-month series of group sessions facilitated by certified life coach Elizabeth Gaynes, CPCC. Each monthly circle is centered on a different theme and designed to stimulate and serve as a stepping stone in connection to your own life path. As part of the experience, a different coaching tool will be introduced each month as a companion to our group dialogue and will point toward understanding and deep learning for participants.  Insight will occur between sessions, and each month we will begin by checking in about the awareness and experiences that develop during the month.

Our first group meeting will be a chance for us to acknowledge and savor the many gifts we bring to this world as women. We will learn and practice the art of sitting in circle and will co-create specific intentions and agreements for this six-month journey – individually and collectively.

Monthly Circle discussions include:  Balance, Doing it Right/Being Nice, Work/Life Work, Time (not enough…), Self Care, Gratitude, Big Shifts/Transitions, Health/Aging, Primary Relationships, Individual Spirit/Practice, Mindfulness.

A NEW Circle is forming:

Tuesdays at 6:45pm – 9pm:  February 15, March 22, April 26, May 24, June 21, July 26

at The Maes Center for Natural Health – 9 East Mission Street, SB 93101 in the back room

Cost: $150 for the 6-session series in one Circle. $75-non refundable deposit reserves your space. There are no refunds for missed circles, however we may arrange for you to “make up” a session in another circle if there is space available.  Each Circle is open to a minimum of 6 and maximum of 12 women.
